My product feature team had one QA person supporting 10 engineers. They would work alongside us to get domain-specific knowledge of the feature in-development, then typically 1/2 way through would start manually testing, and building up manual test cases.
The company got rid of QA, so now we have to adjust our approach.
Most projects are per-quarter and typically go to customers ...

I have been working in QA field for couple of years, however, i feel am bad at manual testing and cant fit here, as anyone can find bugs except me, and people tell me am not good tester, however, am very good at coding and automation and people ask me when they don’t know anything in coding or automation. ...

Hello! I'm a developer but I'm trying to learn more about project management to improve my own understanding and practice, so I'd like to ask some PMs to get a broader view of how things work. Everywhere I've worked I get an expectation that user stories fit within a 2-week sprint, but I've never seen it happen regularly. I'm curious ...

I'm a tech lead with a team of around 10 qa + devs working in Chennai. I would like to work with their manager to get them lunch one of these days. They are hard workers and I'd like to personally thank them.
I want to allow for extra or sharing so I'd like to get enough food for 20 people.
I'm paying ...
First off, I've read a lot of posts about the difficulty of recent bootcamp grads landing a dev role in the current market. However, I'm wondering if a bootcamp is still a viable path given my technical experience.
I've been in QA for over ten years and recently got laid off this past summer. At my last job I was ...

Hi all,
With Azure DevOps, you have the choice of:
Classic Pipelines
Yaml Pipelines
Yaml seems to flow sequentially, unless interrupted with a pre/post condition such as an approval.
In our case, we typically have QA trigger a deployment manually when they want to test it.
With Yaml pipelines I can stop it from deploying to their environment by ...
