Humbleteam — агентство продуктового дизайна, работающее со стартапами по всему миру: от дизайна AR шлема для мотоциклистов до new-age банка для сотни тысяч американских пользователей и интерфейсов для NASA.
Мы ищем в команду Проджект менеджера, который помог бы нам организовывать работу команды дизайнеров на одном или нескольких проектах.
✨ Что нужно будет делать:
— Созваниваться с клиентом и командой на английском языке;
— Собирать вводные данные о проектах и декомпозировать задачи;
— Организовывать дизайн-процессы;
— Планировать долгосрочные и краткосрочные задачи на проектах;
— Подключать и распределять ресурсы: проверять занятость и доступность, находить замену;
— Уметь организовывать файлы в Фигме;
— Ежемесячно собирать фидбек от клиента и команды.
✨ Какие навыки понадобятся (обязательно):
- Разговорный английский: в работе будет ежедневная коммуникация с англоговорящими клиентами;
- Понимание процесса создания мобильных приложений, веб-сайтов, веб-приложений;
- Сильные софт-скиллы: коммуникативность и презентабельность.
✨ Nice to have, но не обязательно:
- Опыт в менеджменте команды дизайнеров;
- Опыт проведений UX-исследований и работы с продуктовыми метриками;
- Опыт работы в стартапе.
