After ~5 years in the Salesforce space, I started my own consultancy this year. Business is slow for now, but we are getting up to speed and I have plans for next year.

I've programmed in C# and Java. Eclipse, NetBeans, Visual Studio all have their issues but they work reasonably well. VSCode with the Salesforce CLI extension is basically unusable.

Our organization is looking into integrating google meet recordings into our salesforce instance so that we can use Einstein Conversation Insights to analyze the recordings to give our reps feedback within Salesforce. Is this possible, or can this only be done through zoom calls?
