Is anyone out there a Salesforce dev at Meta? I saw some job postings on linkedin for it and wondered how your work may differ, I noticed the posting asked for experience in PHP and wondering if maybe you guys do some cool stuff in the backend. So I guess my question actually is, does your work differ from that ...

I work in a call center and have noticed a fair number of salesforce related positions being posted for my company in the last few months. I’m curious what it would take for me to become qualified enough to apply for one. Background: I have a bachelor’s degree, but it’s not in computer science or any STEM ...

How many people here went into a Salesforce role because they could see the value the platform brings rather than just chasing the money?[IT, other]

I'm not currently in a salesforce role (BA here), but in my country, the SF-based salaries would be paying the same as what I'm on now, so I'd like to think I'm unbiased on this. I'm not looking for a career change either.
I've worked at a few different companies now and the IT estate for most has been so ...

Hey all,
On my first week back from a week-long vacation and I immediately tensed back up and feel overwhelmed. I’m the department’s only Salesforce point person and also still doing my previous job as data analyst. Responsibilities I passed on to others while gone weren’t really implemented because most colleagues just wanted until I came back ...
Hey! Does anyone here have any experience with Salesforce / Sage Intacct integration? Or do I have the wrong sub[IT, other]

I created a field (checkbox) in Sage Intacct's invoicing area and that same field in Salesforce. Our Intacct rep told us, before his contract expired, that it was possible to integrate/map those two fields so that if the checkbox is marked in Intacct, it'll be automatically marked in Salesforce as well.

Transitioning to a career in Salesforce - a few questions…[IT, other]
Posted 1 year ago
I currently work in marketing as a project manager. I have worked in companies that use SF but had very little hands-on experience, as there was always a team that managed this specifically.
I’m doing career coaching at the moment to try to ‘bend’ my career to suit me more (personality, strengths, interests, etc.) and marketing automation seems to ...

Next steps from consultant[IT, other]

Hello!
I love my job as a salesforce consultant. Our team has been primarily focused on adoption of Salesforce. However, adoption has significantly grown over the last year and there are some concerns of staff reductions on our team. I want to be prepared for that so I am currently studying for the admin cert to broaden my skills. What ...
