Here's what I want to achieve:
When a file is changed in Azure Git Repo, I would like to have the change (all files as far) on an on-premise server in a specific folder with a Release Pipeline.
My challenge:
A server with the Self Host Agent is installed on premise.

As far as I can tell, App Runner runs docker containers just like Fargate, but without charging for a load balancer which is $18/month minimum.
And it also runs code just like Elastic Beanstalk, but again without charging for the load balancer.
