Where upload a HTML/JS app for others[IT, other]

Hi, weird situation, I make a app with HTML,CSS,js but will not be upload in domain. I need some cloud or place where I can upload folder with all the files. And my nonIT colleagues should can just open HTML there and the website app will load for them.
I tried Dropbox etc but the HTML cant load ...
Which is best for DX and efficiency, TailwindCSS, UnoCSS, PandaCSS, or the new MasterCSS[IT, unknown]
