Couple of months ago I started my clothing ecom store but after some initial sales through friends and family, sales have been really slow. I tried some Instagram ads with a small budget but they didnt really work. Anyone getting better results on other ad platforms?

I've been managing my startup's Instagram account for a while now, and while I've seen some growth, it's not as much as I'd like. I post consistently, use relevant hashtags, and engage with followers, but the follower count isn't significantly increasing.

Working on a forum platform and wondering if I should start building out the cross-plat native mobile apps first (using Flutter) or if I should just start off by building a web-app that’s just easy to use on mobile.
