Is cloud certification useful for entry level jobs like help desk, network admin, system engineer, etc?[IT, other]

I'm thinking of getting either an Azure or AWS certification before starting to apply for an IT entry-level job. However, I'm not sure they are even useful at all for these jobs mentioned in the title.
