I'm looking for resources for anything related to web animations. Partly the technical side of it (I've dabbled in GSAP for a bit), but perhaps even more so the UX side of motion design. Can anyone recommend some good starting points, or intermediate courses to follow up with?
I've developed a React Native app using a Laravel server. The UI and server are mostly complete. I'm having some difficulties with the Android side.

3. Implement and test Google and FB login
3. Release both apps

I'm struggling to do these redesigns because I don't know basic web layout sizes, margins, etc. I've searched online and can't find a good resource that teaches the ...
I was contacted by a recruiter to meet with a relatively well-funded Series A startup hardware wearable startup looking for a Director of Product Design. I haven't met with them yet so I'm not exactly sure of the structure, but from the JD it looks like they're looking for someone to own design (and manage the team of ~3 other designers) ...

Working on a forum platform and wondering if I should start building out the cross-plat native mobile apps first (using Flutter) or if I should just start off by building a web-app that’s just easy to use on mobile. What I’ve thought up as pros and cons below. Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated!
Pros for mobile:
