HP Proliant Server Logical Drive Boot Issue[IT, job post]

We have an HP Proliant ML 110 Gen11 server with 4 physical drives. Drives in bay 1 and 2 make up logical drive1. Windows Server 2022 is loaded on logical drive1 and boots fine.
When we go back and try to create a 2nd logical drive with the drives in bay 3 and 4, the server stops booting to Windows and boots to this error:
