Mechanical engineer looking to change fields, but not sure if this profession exists.
In simple terms I really enjoy consulting/managing business’s more than engineering.
Background: Process engineer- mostly oversaw multiple operators and assembly lines. Took some six sigma courses, but overall mostly solved assembly line issues.
Project engineer- was assigned multiple projects in the $200k - $400k range. ...
